Description

We're looking for a friendly, approachable, and talented individual who is just as comfortable managing on-premise servers and virtual machines as they are providing top class general IT support to their colleagues.

We have a small but talented technical team. As a part of that team, you'll have the ability to expand your skills in other areas if you so choose. Besides the day-to-day system management responsibilities, you may help code and support some of our internal applications written in HTML, CSS, JavaScipt, React Native, C# and Visual Basic.

Duties & Responsibilities::

• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
• Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
• Responsible for PC’s, Mobile Phone, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

Essential Skills::

• In depth knowledge of Windows Server (2019+) including Active Directory and IIS.
• Experience configuring firewalls and understand security, intrusion prevention and detection.
• Knowledge and ability to backup and restore select files, database tables, and entire systems.
• You must have the ability and discipline to plan, organize, and control your time.
• Love giving your co-workers friendly support on their software and hardware issues.
• Experience with any of the following is also beneficial: Cisco Firewalls and Switches, Avaya Communication Manager, Datatrac (COPS), Sage 100, EDI HQ
