When time is critical and ground transport isn’t fast enough, our NextFlight service is the fastest way to move your shipment across long distances. By tapping into over 28,000 daily domestic commercial flights and pairing them with our nationwide driver network, we can move shipments coast-to-coast—often within the same day.

We begin by identifying the nearest airports to both the pickup and delivery locations, then select the optimal flight and calculate the drive time on each end. Once confirmed, we dispatch the closest available driver to retrieve the shipment and deliver it to the outbound airport. Upon flight arrival, another driver is standing by to complete the final-mile delivery.

Restrictions

• Known Shipper Required

  Due to TSA rules, shipments weighing 16 oz or more intended for air transport must come from a registered “known shipper.” Call us if you’re unsure of your status.

• Package size and weight limits

  Shipments may weigh up to 70 lbs, with combined dimensions not exceeding 90" (L+W+H). No single side may exceed 48". Some exceptions may apply.

• Documentation requirements

  Release forms or TSA documents may be required depending on origin, destination, or cargo type.

• Flight availability impacts transit

  Rates and delivery times are dependent on commercial flight schedules. Availability may vary based on time of day or region.
