The content of jetdelivery.com may be changed at anytime without notice. Your access, and/or anyone else’s access, may be suspended from jetdelivery.com for any reason at any time under the sole discretion of Jet Delivery, Inc.

Section 3 — Use

Jet Delivery, Inc. provides jetdelivery.com for use by current customers as well as potential customers only. Tracking and quotes may only be utilized by current or potential customers.

SECTION 4 — Registration

jetdelivery.com makes use of registration forms. By filling out the form(s), you agree that all the information you provide about yourself, or your company, is accurate. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or not current, Jet Delivery, Inc. has the right to suspend, or terminate, your registration at jetdelivery.com.

Some applications such as, but not limited to, SmartShip Manager and SmartFlight Manager require a password. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your username.

SECTION 5 — Shipments

You assume all responsibility for compliance with all laws and regulations of the United States. You acknowledge and agree that you will not ship anything that infringes upon U.S. law.

SECTION 6 — Limits Of Liability

The declared value of any shipment represents our maximum liability in connection with a shipment, including, but not limited to, any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, any failure to provide information, or misdelivery of information. Learn more here.

Jet Delivery is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use the material on this site.

While Jet Delivery attempts to provide accurate information at this website, it assumes no responsibility for inaccurate data.

SECTION 8 — Refund Policy

We accept claims and refund requests in certain circumstances. (Shipment damaged, billing errors or shipments not received) If you have an issue with the services completed, please reach out to our accounting department. You are also welcome to contact our customer service number at any time if you have any questions on our claim process. You may contact us at (800) 716-7177.

Claim Process: To be eligible for a Jet refund, you must notify Jet of your claim within 14 calendar days from the shipment date.

Claim Dispute Period: Jet claims must be disputed within 14 days from the date of shipping your package. After submitting a claim, it typically takes 7 - 10 days for the refund to be added to your account.
