COVID-19 Coronavirus
Our services are currently running normal. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates. Below are actions we're taking to keep our customers and team members safe during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Effective 3/24/2020 - No-touch delivery
In efforts to help with the personal safety of our drivers and customers, we have implemented a "no-touch" delivery process company-wide on all deliveries. This will involve the driver not obtaining a signature at any delivery point but will verbally ask for the recipient's first initial and last name. The driver will then enter the information into their phone app and or write the information down on the manifest or bill of lading. Our goal is to minimize the risk of transmission between all parties.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if this is a problem or concern, and we will try our best to make accommodations. -
Effective 3/20/2020 - Personal Protective Equipment
We continue to distribute disposable gloves to our drivers and warehouse staff.
We are working to obtain the following:- Face Masks
- Disinfectant Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
-
Effective 3/12/2020 - Health Screening
As a precaution, we will screen any employees, contractors, or vendors that happen to be out sick before returning to work.
Current Screening Process:- Ask the individual if they have any of the following respiratory symptoms?
- Fever (checking for temperature is not necessary)
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Travelled internationally within the last 14 days.
If YES to any, the situation must be elevated to senior management for additional review before the employee is allowed to return to work.

Effective 3/11/2020 - Telecommuting
The vast majority of our office staff have been repositioned and are working from home, including our call center staff, dispatch groups, accounting, and other critical functions. This helps reduce the potential of bringing the disease into the workplace and spreading it to those who must be on-site to perform their jobs (such as warehouse staff). With both our driver force and within our offices, we are following all the guidelines and recommendations coming from the CDC.
