Jet Delivery App Privacy Policy
The Jet Delivery App was built by Jet Delivery and is available to the public, free of charge, on both iOS and Android platforms. We do our best to collect as little personal information as possible, while still providing a reliable and useful app. Jet Delivery will never sell or share your information, except when legally required to do so. Location Data
We collect your location only when it’s relevant to your work activity — specifically when you’ve made yourself available to accept or complete delivery jobs. Location data allows Jet Delivery to assign and optimize routes, provide customers with real-time tracking, and calculate distance-based pay.
We minimize data collection whenever possible. When you’re moving, location updates may be recorded every few seconds for accuracy. When you remain still, the app may pause location tracking entirely until movement is detected again. All location data is securely transmitted to Jet Delivery and may be retained for operational, safety, and record-keeping purposes.
Device Information
Your device provides a unique identifier (similar to a serial number) that allows us to send push notifications to the right phone or tablet. We also collect limited device information such as IP address, operating system version, app version, and user agent to help us troubleshoot and improve performance. We do not collect or store any payment or credit card information.
Credentials
To keep you signed in, the app securely stores short-lived access tokens and longer-lived refresh tokens on your device. These tokens verify your identity with Jet Delivery’s servers so you can stay logged in without re-entering your information. No usernames or passwords are stored on the device.
